We will replace elected members of parliament with The Citizens Council: a randomly selected, demographically representative and regularly changing group of citizens.

By doing this, we can

• Develop policy aligned with the needs of the people of the UK

• Reduce the corruptibility of political decision makers

• Enable society to come together with compromise instead of fracturing over binary choices

• Activate citizen engagement in politics and increase satisfaction with democracy

• Make politics about policy and not personality
